云南紫苏的种子DNA提取和RAPD引物筛选 被引量:6

摘要 以保存多年的云南紫苏种子为材料 ,对其DNA提取和RAPD引物筛选进行了研究。结果表明 :从活力很低的紫苏种子提取的DNA也有较高的质量 ,可以用于RAPD分析 ;从 86个随机引物中筛选出了 4 The method of isolating DNA from dated seeds and RAPD primer screening of Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt. were studied. The results showed that the DNAs extracted from Perilla seeds with low vigor were good enough to be used for RAPD analysis and 42 polymorphic primers showing genetic differences among Perilla samples were screened from 86 primers.
