摘要
小鼠静脉注射H_2O_2后,其血浆LPO和Pl—Hb的含量均较对照组为高,且Pl—Hb和LPO呈明显正相关;全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性与对照组比较均无明显差异。结果提示静脉注射H_2O_2的量超过了小鼠红细胞的抗氧化保护能力;H_2O_2对小鼠红细胞膜脂质的过氧化损伤明显,使红细胞膜结构和功能破坏,导致溶血。
As compared with the control, marked elevations of the plasm lipoperoxide (LPO) and plasma hemoglobin (PI-Hb) contents were observed in the group of mice , to which hydrogen peroxide was given intravenously. A positive correlation existed between the plasm LPO and p1-Hb contents of the latter. The glutathione peroxidase and catalase activities of both groups did not differ significantly.These results suggested that if the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was so large as to go beyond the protective capacity of the animals against peroxidation in red cells, severe damage would be produced on the erythrocyte membrane lipids, leading to the destruction of their structure and functions, thus producing an obvious hemolysis.
