摘要
选用 2 0kg左右的“杜长大”三元杂交猪 12 0头 ,分成对照组、中药组、中药 +西药组 ,每组 4个重复。测定中草药添加剂对生长育肥猪血清中GH ,IGF -I,T3 ,T4和cAMP含量的影响。结果表明 :在 2 0~ 30kg ,30~ 70kg ,70~110kg阶段 ,中药组、中 +西药组与对照组相比 ,血清GH的浓度分别提高了 7 34% (P >0 0 5 )和 5 5 0 % (P >0 0 5 ) ,2 1 0 9% (P <0 0 5 )和 16 32 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,7 5 6 % (P >0 0 5 )和 6 4 0 % (P >0 0 5 ) ;IGF -I水平分别升高了 15 32 % (P<0 0 5 )和 13 86 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,17 2 0 % (P <0 0 5 )和 13 82 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,6 5 6 % (P >0 0 5 )和 4 16 % (P >0 0 5 )。在2 0~ 30kg ,30~ 70kg和 70~ 110kg阶段 ,T3 含量分别增加了 2 9 4 2 % (P <0 0 5 )和 19 83% (P <0 0 5 ) ,16 0 1% (P <0 0 5 )和 11 6 7% (P <0 0 5 ) ,12 4 1% (P <0 0 5 )和 7 33% (P >0 0 5 ) ;T4含量分别增加了 2 3 31% (P <0 0 5 )和14 32 % (P <0 0 5 ) ,17 0 6 % (P <0 0 5 )和 11 5 1% (P <0 0 5 ) ,6 81% (P >0 0 5 )和 2 0 3% (P >0 0 5 )。在 2 0~ 30kg ,30~ 70kg和 70~ 110kg阶段 ,cAMP含量分别提高了 15 88% (P <0 0 5 )和 13 97% (P <0 0 5 ) ,19 88%
growing and finishing pigs (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire,20?kg initially) were assigned into control group (no additive), treatment group 1 (Chinese herb feed additives) and treatment group2 (Chinese herb feed additives + antibiotics) set with four replicate pens per treatment by weight and sex. To investigate the effect of Chinese herb feed additives on the content of GH, IGF-1,T 3,T 4 and cAMP in the serum of growing and finishing pigs. Comparing to control group, the treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was increased 7.34% ( P >0.05) and 5.50% ( P >0.05); 21.09% ( P <0.05) and 16.32%( P <0.05); 7.56% ( P >0.05) and 6.40%( P >0.05) of the concentration of serum GH, 15.32% ( P <0.05) and 13.86% ( P >0.05) ,17.20%( P <0.05) and 13.82%( P <0.05), 6.56%( P >0.05) and 4.16%( P >0.05)of the level of IGF-1, 29.42% ( P <0.05) and 19.53% ( P <0.05) ,16.01% ( P <0.05) and 11.67% ( P <0.05), 12.41% ( P <0.05) and 7.33% ( P <0.05) of the content of T 3, 23.31%( P <0.05) and 14.32%( P <0.05), 17.06% ( P <0.05) and 11.51% ( P <0.05) ,6.81% ( P >0.05) and 2.03%( P >0.05) of the content of T 4, 15.88%( P <0.05) and 13.97( P <0.05) , 19.88%( P <0.05) and 13.14% ( P <0.05), 18.33%( P <0.05) and 9.86%( P <0.05) of the content of cAMP during the growing period of 20~30?kg, 30~70?kg, 70~110?kg respectively. The results indicated that the effect of Chinese herb feed additives on improving growing performance and carcass component perhaps though the system of internal secretion. It same as whole effect to improve the growing performance though the digestibility of feed nutrition; enhance the anabolism though improving synthesis and secretion of GH ,IGF-1; and had the relationship of improving synthesis and secretion of T 3, T 4 and cAMP, the mobilizing of fat; accelerating oxidization and decomposition of fat, decreasing the deposition of carcass fat.
