摘要
针对企业节能降耗和平衡蒸气管网的具体要求 ,提出了以中压管网蒸气为工作流体 ,通过喷射器引射产汽压力较低的余热锅炉蒸气 ,从而实现余热锅炉蒸气升级利用的工艺方案。对其核心设备喷射器进行了理论计算。结合蒸气喷射工艺系统的具体运行条件 ,从理论上对影响喷射器性能的因素进行了全面的分析。工业应用实验结果表明 ,喷射器的理论计算结果与工业试验结果相吻合 ,可完全满足生产装置稳工况运行的实际要求。
In order to meet the demand of the energy conservation and the balance of steam system,a scheme of steam ejector system is presented.Without consuming any mechanical energy directly,the primary and secondary streams with different pressure are mixed to upgrade the steam pressure of waste heat boiler.The primary steam comes from the steam system at middle pressure.The steam ejector which is the key device in the system is designed With steam ejection technical systems operation conditions,the factors influencing on characteristics of ejector system are widely and theoretically analyzed.The experimental results show that the designed steam ejector and steam ejector system are suitable for the demand in practice.
