摘要
结合获奖小区的设计实践,分别从设计目标、规划设计、住宅单体设计、环境设计四个方面阐述了如何营造人性化、个性化的居住空间的问题,并指出了几个目前住宅设计中还存在的主要问题。
With a practical example of the award residential estate design,the problem-how to construct the dwelling space with humanity and individuality is described in respect of design objective,planning,monoblock design and environment design.Main problems existing in present building design are presented.
