湖北省公路客运固体废弃物污染现状及其对策

Overview on Hubei Road Passenger Transport Solid Wastes and Its Countermeasure

通过对湖北省地 (市 )级公路客运企业在 1 995～ 1 998年公路交通固体废弃物污染现状的调查及存在问题的分析 ,得出公路交通固体废弃物的产生量分别与客运量和总产值之间存在良好的相关性 ,并建立了相应的回归方程 .以 1 995年作为基准年预测地 (市 )级公路客运企业在 2 0 0 1年～ 2 0 1 0年间固体废弃物的产生量及固体废弃物削减量和削减率 ,以此作为指导全省公路客运企业固体废弃物管理指标 .通过实现这些公路客运企业固体废弃物管理指标来完成 2 0 1 0年湖北省相应的环境保护目标 。

Based on investigation and analysis on the status quo of solid wastes pollution in Hubei traffic enterprises over 1995~1998, a good relativity between the mass of solid waste and the passenger transport volumn and a good relativity between the quo of solid waste and the general production value were found. The relative equations were built.In benchmark year 1995,the equations were used to predict the produced quo of solid waste for the period of 2001~2010.The reduced quo of soid waste and the reduced ratio were found according to the planned object of 2010.The reduced quo of solid waste and the reduced ratio may be used to manage solid waste production of the highway passenger transport corporations in Hubei Province.Some suggestions for reducing the production of solid waste and treatment were provided in this paper.
