摘要
利用 1 6位高性能单片机 80 C1 96KC丰富的软硬件资源及高精度霍尔电流传感器采集工频点焊主回路初级焊接电流和离散化积分方法获取电流有效值 。
The paper develops a highly precise fuzzy controller which adopts 16 bit single chip microcomputer 80c196kc as the core component and has the function of automatically adjusting quantification factor and proportion factor. The controller gathers the primary current from the industrial frequency spot welding circuit by means of highly precise Hall current sensor and gets the effective value of current through the discrete integration method to realize the constant control of the effective value of current in the industrial frequency spot welding primary circuit.
