摘要
对来自工程实际问题——秦山核电站三期工程取水口拦污栅不锈钢杆的断裂事故进行了全面分析 ,并阐明了分析步骤 .分别就材料的力学性能、组织结构、缺陷及结构合理性进行了宏、微观观察 ,通过测试、分析及计算 ,找出了断裂原因 。
Carried out is a comprehensive analysis on the practical problem coming from engineering-the fracture accidence of stainless steel trash racks in water catchment in the third stage engineering of Qinshan nuclear power station, and the process of analysis is presented. The macroscopic and microscopic observation, testing, analysis and calculation are carried on the mechanical performance of materials, fibric structure, defect and structural reasonableness.It finds the cause of fracture and prersents the relevant improvement for the form of structure.
