20例原发睾丸淋巴瘤的临床分析

Primary Testicular Lymphoma:A Report of 20 Cases

目的:分析原发睾丸淋巴瘤的预后,提出治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析了20例患者。按AnnArbor分期标准,ⅠE期9例,ⅡE期2例,Ⅲ～Ⅳ期9例。结果:全组5年、10年生存率分别为30.0%和25.0%,ⅠE、ⅡE期5年、10年生存率为54.5%、45.5%,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期5年、10年生存率为0。结论:经综合治疗,睾丸淋巴瘤的预后明显改善。建议对早期睾丸淋巴瘤行术后正规、足量化疗。

Objective:To study the prognosis of patients with primary testicular lymphoma.Methods:In the period of1974to1999,20patients with primary testicular lymphoma were treated and the therapeutic effects were reviewed.There were nine patients in stageⅠ,two in stageⅡand and nine patients in stageⅢandⅣ.Results:The5-,10-year survival rates were30%and25%respectively,while the5-,10-year survival rates by stage were54.5%,45.5%for stageⅠ,Ⅱrespectively and0%for stageⅢandⅣ.Conclusion:The prognosis of primary testicular lymphoma get better after multi-modality treatment,and postorchidectomy chemotherapy is necessary for stageⅠand stageⅡpatients.
