异体骨重建骶骨肿瘤段切除后骨盆环

Sacrectomy of Sacral Tumor and Reconstruction with Frozen Dry Allograft

目的:应用冷冻干燥异体骨及短哈式棒重建骶骨肿瘤段切除后骨盆环,恢复骨盆的完整。方法:应用此项技术治疗骶骨肿瘤5例。术前经血管栓塞后,经后路或(和)前路,切除骶骨肿瘤,然后用一段冷冻异体干燥骨和短哈氏棒紧贴腰5椎体下面,连结两侧髂骨。结果:患者全部存活,无1例切口感染。经重建后,骨盆环完整、稳定,患者疼痛消失,可坐、卧及行走,二便功能恢复。异体骨无脱位,患者无不适。结论:骶骨肿瘤的治疗应采取积极的态度。冷冻干燥异体骨加短哈氏棒重建骶骨切除后骨盆环是一种生物学固定,方法简单、经济、可靠。

Objective:To evaluate the reconstruction of pelvic ring with frozen dry allograft and a short Harrington rod after sacrectomy.Methods:Five cases of sacral tumors including chordoma 3,giant cell tumor1and Ewing's tumor1were resected by the anterior and posterior approach.After resection,a frozen dry allograft and a short Harrington rod was used below the lumbar vertebra and between iliacs for reconstruction of pelvic ring.Results:All patients were alive and the pelvic ring was stable without allograft dislocation.The patients could walk,sit and self-care four months after operation.Conclusion:Reconstruction of pelvic ring with frozen dry allograft and short Harrington rod is simple,economic and practicable.
