摘要
用克罗米芬(CC)人绝经期促性腺激素/人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hMG/hCG)或hMG/hCG超排处理28名妇女,得到了48个卵母细胞-放射冠细胞-丘细胞复合体(OCCC),按OCCC的丘细胞及放射冠细胞的分散程度将卵母细胞分型。经24h左右受精培养后,在受精培养基中出现大量孕酮和雌二醇,其中以中间型卵母细胞的分泌量最高,成熟型次之。未发现这些激素的分泌量与该卵受精成功有明显关系。
Forty-eight oocytes were obtained from follicles of 28 women undergoing fertilization in vitro. Follicular growth was induced with clomiphene citrate and human menopausal gonadotropin, and follicular aspiration was performed 36h after injection of hCG. The maturation of these oocytes was evaluated by the extent of cumulus and corona cell dispersal.During a 24-h culture, progesterone secretion by intermediate and mature oocytes was higher than that by immature and atresia oocytes, while estradiol secretion by oocytes of various mature degree had significant difference, of which the secretion of intermediate oocytes was the highest .A comparison of steroid secretion in fertilized and nonfertilized ova derived from intermediate and mature oocytes showed no significant difference.
