带血管蒂阴囊中隔皮瓣尿道成形术治疗复杂性尿道狭窄的实验研究

An experimental study of the treatment for the complicated urethral strictures with the pedicled scrotal septum flap.

目的 探讨治疗复杂性尿道狭窄的新方法。方法 用“带蒂阴囊中隔皮瓣”治疗 8只云南雄性犬的长段尿道球膜部人工缺损。 8只狗均为符合实验外科要求的云南杂种犬。结果 术后 3月行逆行尿道造影 ,除一例会阴漏尿外 ,7例造影通畅 ,无狭窄、憩室、结石等并发症。结论 本方法操作相对简单、效果可靠、确切 ,是一种可供选择的新方法。

Objective To study a new and better method to treat the complicated urethral strictures.Methods 8 male dogs were used in the study.All of them were created a artificial defect of urethra(3cm long)and repaired with the pedicled scrotal septum flap. Results Three months later,except 1 case,the results of other 7 cases were good on urethrographies,with no stricture,diverticula,stones and so on.Conclusions This method is simple and effective.It is an alternative method to cure the complex urethral stenosis.
