摘要
在急性脑缺血与再灌流动物模型中采用硝酸镧块染法对神经细胞膜的通透性改变示踪。电镜下发现正常组织镧盐不能进入细胞内;而缺血和缺血后再灌流组细胞膜受损,镧离子即可在线粒体外膜又能在线粒体内嵴处沉积。该方法示踪神经细胞膜通透性改变简便易行,效果较好。
Lanthanum nitrate block impregnation technic was used to demonstrate the neurocyte membrane permeability in the animal model of acute cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.ultrastructural observation showed that no lanthanum deposit in cytoplasm or nuclei in the control group, but entered into the cell membrane or deposited in outer and inner of mitochondia after the damage of membrane because of ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion.It is suggested that the method is useful in tracing the permeability change of the nervous cell membrane.
