摘要
介绍了兰州重离子加速器 (HIRFL)前束线真空系统的基本结构 ,给出了HIRFL前束线真空系统改造前的流导、气体负荷及压力分布情况。提出了具体的改造方案。使真空系统达到了设计要求 :泵口压力小于 5× 10 -6Pa ,两泵中心平面压力小于 1× 10 -5Pa。
The structure of the vacuum system of the pre-beam line of HIRFL is introduced.The conductance,the outgassing and the pressure gradient before upgrade are given in detail. A concrete upgrade outline is made out.The expected pressure has been obtained and kept:the working pressure of a pump is lower than 5×10 -6Pa,the working pressure of the center between two pumps is not more than 1×10 -5Pa.It means that the upgrade of the vacuum system of the pre-beam line of HIRFL is feasible.
