摘要
活血灵-B 视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)是常见且致盲率高的眼底病.目前,对其治疗仍无特效的药物或方法.本文采用一种价廉易得的中药活血灵-B进行了RVO的动物实验研究.结果表明:活-B对本病有肯定治疗作用,治疗机制与降低血液粘度、增加视网膜血流、改善视网膜循环有关.
30 eyes of rabbits with experimental retinal branch vein occlusion (BRVO)were tceated by Traditonal Chinese Medicine-Huoxueling-B (H-B). The fundus changes, fundus fluorescence angiographic features and hemorrheology before and after tceatment and the retinal Wtramicrostructures after tceatment in these rabbits were observed, and compared with control group in which 30 eyes of rabbits with experimental BRVO tceated by 5% glucose. The results indicate that using H-B for tceatmert of RVO is of value. The mechanisms of tceatment is feasibly lowering blood viscosity which leads to increasing retinal blood flow. Besides, it might also be beneficial for thrombolysis.
