摘要 在分析制造业面临的新挑战以及网络化制造特点的基础上 ,提出了基于 Web的异地协同设计制造系统的体系结构并开发了一个实际系统 e CWS (e- cooperative work system ) .详细介绍了该系统的功能和关键技术的实现 ,包括协同系统管理、协同工作管理、协同应用、约束管理和冲突消解、协同工具、安全控制、分布式产品数据管理等技术 .最后介绍了应用实例 . Based on the analysis of new challenges with which manufacturing industry is faced and characteristics of networked manufacturing, the architecture of Web based distributed collaborative design and manufacturing system is put forward and an actual system--eCWS(e cooperative work system) is developed. Then the main functions of this system and a series of key technologies to implement this system including collaborative system management, collaborative work management, collaborative application, constrain management and conflict resolving, collaborative tools, security control, distributed product data management, etc. are discussed in details. Finally an example of application is introduced.
