摘要
本文报道左旋咪唑所致脑损害10例。服药剂量为75mg～350mg,大多2～3周发病,主要症状为头病和精神障碍,脑CT扫描提示脱髓鞘病变,其临床表现与驱出净所致脑炎相似。本文对可能的致病机理作了探讨。
This article reports on 10 patients with encephalopathy induced by levamisole. The quantity of levamisole taken was separately from 75 to 350 milligram. Most of the onset were begun at two to three weeks after taking the medicine. The chief clinical symptoms were headache add psychiatric disorder. CT brain scanning showed demyelinating. This presents similar affects to encephalopathy caused by administrating tetramisole. This paper attempts to speculating the pathogenesis mechanism of the disease.
