直冷冰箱变温控制技术

RESEARCH ON VARIABLE TEMPERATURE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY OF REFRIGERATOR

本文提出了一种实现直冷冰箱变温控制的方法 ,并依据该方法制作了直冷变温冰箱。该冰箱的变温室温度可以在 5℃到 - 18℃之间调节 ,使变温室可以作为冷藏室、冰温室、微冻室和冷冻室使用。变温室作为冷藏室、冷冻室等不同功能间室使用时 ,对直冷变温冰箱的储藏温度和耗电量也进行了测试 。

A method is introduced in the paper to control the temperature of the variable temperature compartment in the refrigerator,and a prototype is made according to the method.The temperature in the variable temperature compartment of the prototype can vary from 5 centigrade to 18 centigrade below zero,which means the variable temperature compartmetn can be used as fresh food storage compartment,chill compartment,and food freezer compartment,etc.The energy consumption and storage temperatures of the prototype are tested,and the results prove that the method is feasible.
