摘要
用几种不同来源的水稻二倍体为亲本材料进行配组 ,比较其后代之间的差异。从田间观察到分子标记的检测 ,没有发现这些二倍体之间有什么差别 ,说明从特异多倍体材料来源的二倍体和生产上常用的二倍体之间没有差别 ,可以作为亲本进行杂交。
Three 2N 2N combinations were conduced using different kind of diploids which come from specific resources and compared the progenies of the combinations. The solutions showed that there were no extinct differences among the diploids. That means that the specific diploids coming from polyploid, just like the common diploids using in mass production, can be utilized to be parental materials. Meanwhile, the polyploid can be steady transferred genetic characters to its off-springs.
