西山21杂交种的产量表现及主要特征特性

Studies on the yield and main characters of Xishan hybrid maize

针对西南山区特殊立体生态特点和山区玉米产区的主要问题 ,从品种的适应性、遗传基础、生态类型间的关系考虑 ,选育适宜西南山区的玉米杂交种。 1998年在杂交种产量比较试验中 ,西山 2 1比对照交三单交增产 17 9%。在 1999～ 2 0 0 0年省区试和生产试验中 ,西山 2 1比对照交三单交增产 12 9%和 15 85 %。西山 2 1杂交种表现抗逆性强、果穗大、结实性好、熟期适中、高产质优等特征 。

This is a middle riped breed,aimed at solving the main problems in southwest mountain area ecologically.In order to get a suitable riped phase,high quality and high resistance breed,consideration has been given to the application of breed,heredity foundation and ecological type.Xishan 21 was proved to be a high production,steady production and much resistance breed in comparative experiment of 1998.The yield increased by 12 9% and 15 85% in contrast to Jiaosan Danjiao during the period of 1999-2000.It is suitable for planting in southwest mountain area in China,the planting density is 3 500 plant 667m 2,ranged from 3 600 to 3 800 667m 2 for breeding.It is desirable that the female parent should be planted 4-6 days earlier,the male and female parents ratio is 1∶4.
