摘要
在实验条件下采用静水换水法进行镉对鲫鱼鱼种的亚慢性毒性试验 ,在 0 .0 0 5 ,0 .0 2 5 ,0 12 5 ,0 6 2 5mg/L镉浓度下染毒 2 1d ,测定鲫鱼脑、肝、肾、鳃组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和Na+ K+ ATPase酶的活性 ,求得镉对鲫鱼的最大允许毒物浓度为 0 .0 0 5～ 0 .0 2 5mg/L。
In this study, the subacute toxicity of cadium on Carassias auratus was determined by renewal test. Carassias auratus was exposed to cadmium concentrations of 0.005,0.025,0.125,0.625 mg/L for 21 d. The toxicity of cadmium on their SOD and Na + K + ATPase activity of brain , liver , kidney and gill were detected.Results showed that the maximum allowable toxicant concentration (MATC) of cadmium for Carassias auratus was 0.005-0.025 mg/L.
