覆膜尿素对水稻叶绿素含量、酶活性及氨基酸组成的影响 被引量:9

摘要 采用盆栽试验和田间微区试验 ,对施用覆膜尿素和普通尿素的水稻生理指标进行测定。结果表明 ,施用覆膜尿素的早稻和晚稻叶绿素含量均有所提高 ,叶色加深 ;晚稻孕穗中期到齐穗期的根系干物质和碳水化合物含量明显提高 ;水稻的根系氧化力和过氧化氢酶活性都有显著提高。早稻稻米的粗蛋白提高了 9% ,氨基酸总量提高了 7.95 %。根系脱氢酶和过氧化物酶活性则无显著差异。 A comparison study of some physiologic indicators of rice received common urea or polymer coated urea was conducted by using pot and field microplot experiments. The observations showed that application of polymer coated urea could increase the chlorophyll content and color degree in early and late rice plants; enhance the accumulation of root dry matter and the accumulation of carbohydrate at plant late stage of late rice; significantly enhance the root oxidation ability and catalase activity; increase the rough protein in early rice grain by 9% and the total amino acids by 7.95%; there are no significant differences in the activities of dehydrogenase and peroxidase in roots, as compared with applying common urea.
