摘要
本文对稻米籽粒长、宽、厚、长宽比、粒重、垩白、透明度等外观品质性状和糙米率、精米率、整精米率、籽粒充实度等碾磨品质性状的遗传表现作了综述 ,并就上述性状的相关性进行了讨论 。
Recent advances in the genetic analysis of appearance and milling quality traits, including grain shape, chalkiness, brown rice recovery, milled rice recovery, grain plumpness were reviewed. The correlation among above rice grain traits was discussed. Some breeding methods for improving the rice appearance and milling quality traits were suggested.
