摘要 设计了一种新型减速器——偏曲轴输入少齿差行星减速器 .它具有结构简单、降速比大、受力情况好、成本低、加工容易等优点 .考虑到设计参数的随机性 ,给出了偏曲轴输入少齿差行星减速器设计的可靠性优化数学模型 . In this paper, a new style of reducer, i.e. a planet reducer of a few tooth difference with biasing bent shaft, is introduced. It has such excellences as simple configuration, good ability of enduring force, great speed ratio, low cost and easy processing. Considering the randomization of design parameters, a dependability optimization mathematics model is given for the planet reducer of a few tooth difference with biasing bent shaft. According to a real example, the analysis calculation is also made.
