摘要
营养评价系统是根据食品营养学的基本原理应用数据库管理开发软件研制而成的。通过该系统 ,能对已知配方、传统菜谱及各类人群的每日营养摄入量进行营养评价 。
A nutrient evaluation system is developed according to the rationale of food nutrition.The nutrient evaluation for known recipe,tradition menu and nutrition quantity of different people may be done by this system.And the system can confect a balance recipe which can meet the nutrition requirement of different people.
