摘要
从剖析当前商业银行推行的客户经理制在理论上和实践上有待完善的几个问题入手 ,引入了客户关系管理系统的银行营销模式 ,并提出商业银行适应网络经济发展 。
The paper analyzes some problems involved,such as commerce bank carries out Customer Manager in theory and practice currently,leads to Customer Relationship Management marketing pattern,and takes specific measures with which the commerce bank transits Customer Manager to Customer Relationshop Management for the development in net economy
