Building Teaching Practice Base Based On Core Competence Sharing

本文从核心能力共享的角度出发分析了高等学校与企业间共建学生实习基地给双方带来的影响 ,得出一个结论 ,即校企共建实习基地可以使双方的核心能力得到共享 ,实现双赢 ,但是要达到这一效果 ,校企双方还要解决相互信任、互惠互利等问题 。

This paper analyses the effect of building the teaching practice base between the university and the enterprise based on their core competence sharing .It concludes that building the teaching practice base together will benefit both of them,and their core competence can be shared .However, to realize the effect, both the university and the enterprise must solve some problems such as trust, benefit and so on. This article puts forward some methods to solve the problems further.
