摘要 叙述了快速成形技术形成背景、国内的研发现状.介绍了基于“离散-堆积” 成形方法的快速成形技术的基本原理及LOM、FDM、SLA、SLS 4种最常用的成形村料、加工工艺方法和各自的特点.论述了快速成形在现代制造业中的作用、应用范围及其广阔的应用前景.例举了为某企业制作的威士忌酒瓶从CAD模型设计、选择 LOM工艺的加工方法、对缩小样件制作、评价、修改到原型制作完成的快速成形制造的全过程.并总结了在快速成形的应用过程中影响成形精度的因素及其解决方法以及提高成形效率的手段. The background of RPM and developing situation at home was presented. The basic principle of RPM based on 'dispersion-deposition' formation method as well as 4 usual formation materials and processing methods and features of LOM, FDM, SLA and SLS was introduced. The effects of RPM on modern manu-facture, applications and vast vistas was also described. The complete manufacture course of Whisky's bottle for a business, from CAD model design, the selection of LOM processing method, sample manufacture, evaluation and modification to prototyping, was cited. Finally the effecting factors on formation precision, solutions and improving measurements of formation efficiency was summarized.
