不锈钢材质耐乳酸腐蚀的应用分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对四种不锈钢材质 ,采用挂片腐蚀失重的方法 ,分别对不锈钢在乳酸的不同相态下的腐蚀速率进行了考察 ,并用扫描电镜对不锈钢表面状态进行了分析。试验结果表明 ,不锈钢的耐蚀顺序为 :SAF 2 2 0 5、SAF2 5 0 7>316Ti>310S ; Weight loss behavior of four stainless steels has been studied in 118℃, 80% lactic acid under different phases. Scanning electron microscopy of the corroded surface has also been performed. It has been noted that corrosion resistance of stainless steels in order is SAF 2205 and SAF 2507>316Ti>310S. Simultaneously, it is also verified that corrosion behavior of 316Ti, 310S stainless steels is related to the surface film formed by lactic polymers.
