摘要
运用三元扩散偶技术测定了Ni Pt Ta三元系 14 2 3K的等温截面 ,用电子探针微区成分分析方法分析了Ni Pt Ta三元扩散偶的相区成分 ,并对其相关系进行了研究 .测得Ni Pt Ta三元扩散偶中有 6个二元化合物 :Pt3 Ta ,Pt2 Ta ,Ni3 Ta,Ni2 Ta,NiTa和NiTa2 .Ni3 Ta与Pt3 Ta形成了一个有较小固溶度的线性化合物 (Ni,Pt) 3 Ta ,未发现三元中间化合物 .实验发现Ni Pt Ta三元系 14 2 3K的等温截面有 4个三相区 ,即 :Pt2 Ta +(Ta) +NiTa2 ;Pt2 Ta +NiTa2 +NiTa ;Pt2 Ta +(Ni,Pt) 3 Ta+NiTa ;(Ni,Pt) 3 Ta +NiTa +Ni2 Ta.
The isothermal sections of the Ni Pt Ta ternary system at 1?423 K are determined by means of diffusion triple technique and the electron microprobe analysis. The results indicate that there form six binary intermetallics in the Ni Pt Ta system at 1?423 K, which are Pt 3Ta, Ni 3Ta, Pt 2Ta, Ni 2Ta, NiTa and NiTa 2. Ni 3Ta and Pt 3Ta form a line compound (Ni,Pt) 3Ta, but no ternary compound is observed. There occur four three phase fields of isothermal sections in Ni Pt Ta system at 1?423 K, which are: Pt 2Ta+(Ta)+NiTa 2; Pt 2Ta+NiTa 2+NiTa and Pt 2Ta+(NiPt) 3Ta+NiTa; (Ni,Pt) 3Ta+NiTa+Ni 2Ta.
