摘要
为了适应控制系统的分布式网络化发展趋势 ,构造低成本全分布式的控制网络系统 ,作者提出一种单片机以RS 4 85协议构成分布式对等控制网络的方案 .通过软硬件结合的通讯模块化设计 ,实现了多节点RS 4 85总线的线路载波侦听多路复用和冲突检测功能 (CSMA/CD) ,使节点间对等通讯成为可能 .网络中继器和通用开发平台的设计和实现 ,提高了该控制网络的可扩展性和可重构性 .经过构建实验室实际系统 ,验证了该方案的可行性 .该方案突破了传统的主从式RS 4 85通讯模式 ,对于应用MCU或PLC等控制器形成低成本分布式控制网络具有实用价值 .
The authors introduce a distributed peer to peer micro controller network based on RS 485 protocol design, to meet the developing trend of control systems from concentration systems to distribution networks. With a hardware software communication module design, it implements CSMA/CD on multi node RS 485 bus, and enhances the extension and reconfiguration abilities of the system by design and implementation of repeater and network development platform. A practical system constructed in the lab verifies the feasibility of the design, and shows that the design breaks the common master slave RS 485 communication mode. It is much practicable to those low cost distributed control networks, implemented by interconnecting MCUs or PLCs.
