摘要
用工业生产尼龙 6 6副产C4~C6的混合二元酸为原料 ,在 85℃经甲醇酯化 (酯化率大于90 % )、精制 ,并在 2 0 0℃左右经乙二醇酯交换缩聚合成相对分子质量为 15 0 0~ 2 0 0 0的各种聚酯多元醇 ,用它来进一步合成聚氨酯 (PU)弹性体 ,并对其物理机械性能进行测试 ,其拉伸强度平均在 9MPa以上 ,与国外产品性能相当。
Polyester polyol(molecular weight 1500-2000) was synthesized with the by product C 4-C 6 mixed dicarboxylic acids from Nylon 66 production,including esterification with methanol at 85 ℃and further interesterification polycondensation with ethylene glycol at about 200 ℃.It was used to prepare polyurethane(PU)with average stretching strength of ≥9 0 MPa,comparable to those of pure PU elastic body.This process is economically feasible.
