经尿道前列腺汽化电切术448例临床报告

目的 总结经尿道前列腺汽化电切术 (TUVP)疗效和临床经验。方法 采用TUVP对 448例前列腺增生症进行治疗 ,分析临床资料和随访结果。结果 本组 448例手术平均时间 40min ,术中均未输血 ,术后尿流率 (PFR)、生活质量评分 (QOL)、国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)、剩余尿量均得到明显改善。结论 TUVP近期疗效确切 ,少见合并症 ,安全性高 ,是一种技术成熟。

Objective To summarize the experience and the lessons in the practice of TUVP in 448 cases.Methods 448 cases of BPH was treated with TUVP,clinical and follow up data were analyzed.Results 448 cases were obviously improved after operation,mean operation time was 40min.Blood transfusion was not given.PFR,QOL,IPSS and residual urine obviously improved after operation.Conclusion TUVP can obtain good short term effectiveness with fewer complications,and it is a safer and satisfied procedure.
