钻孔引流术治疗硬脑膜下血肿60例临床分析

Burr halo irrigation-drainage for chronic-subacute subdural hematomas:a review of 60 cases

目的 总结钻孔引流术治疗慢性或亚急性硬膜下血肿的临床疗效。方法 对 60例慢性和亚急性硬膜下血肿进行钻孔引流术治疗。结果 54例治愈 ,治愈率为 90 % (54/ 60 ) ;平均住院时间 1 4d ;随访 0 5～ 2年 ,复发 2例。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of chronic subacute subdural hematomas with BHID.Methods 60 patients were treated with BHID.Results 54 patients were cured,the cured rate was 90%(54/60).The patients stayed in hospital for 14 days on average.They were followed up for 0.5～2 years,and 2 cases recurred.Conclusion BHID was a simple and effective way for chronic subacute subdural hematomas.
