南昌城区空气中曲霉菌孢子飘散规律的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨空气中曲霉属孢子飘散数量、规律及其与气象因素的关系。方法 :对 2 0 0 0年 3月~ 2 0 0 1年 2月同时应用曝片、曝皿法 ,进行为期一年的调查。并将曲霉菌曝片监测计数资料与同期江西省气象台气象因素资料进行了多元逐步线性回归分析。结果 :全年观察到曲霉菌孢子 6 0 78个 ,菌落 5 2 1个 ,曲霉菌孢子飘散量与平均气温 (r2 =0 .44 8,P <0 .0 5 )、平均湿度 (r3 =0 .439,P <0 .0 5 )和平均气压 (r1=0 .5 2 7,P <0 .0 5 )呈正相关。结论 :南昌城区空气中曲霉菌飘散高峰分别位于 8月和 11月 ,这与气象因素有关。 Objective: To examine the amounts of Aspergillus,changes with seasonal variation and their correlations with the meteorological factors.Methods:The study was carried out from March of 2000 to February of 2001,the airborne fungi was investigated by means of glass slide and glass dish.We carried out multiple linear regression analysis on the spores and its related meteorological factors during the times of 2000,3 and 2001,2 in NanChang urban area.Results:We collected 6078 spores and 521 colonies.The spore counts of Aspergillus were positively correlated with the average temperature(r 2=0.448,P<0.05)?the average humidity (r 3=0.439,P<0.05),and the average barometric pressure(r 1=0.527,P<0.05).Conclusion:The peak seasons Aspergillus spores of are August and November,and this is statistically significance compared with meteorological factors.
