摘要
[目的 ] 对 12株粪肠球菌的DNA分子进行基因分析。 [方法 ] 用SmaI作为内切酶 ,将粪肠球菌的DNA分子切割成若干片段 ,用Amersham pharmaciabiotech公司生产的GENENAVIGATOR —脉冲凝胶电泳系统将这些片段以垂直泳道的形式分离开来。 [结果 ] 经分析比较 ,这 12株粪肠球菌经SmaI切割后的DNA片段排列均不相同。 [结论 ] 这 12株粪肠球菌在流行病学上来源不同。
To analyze the DNA molecules of 12 strains of enterococcus faecalis. Cut DNA molecules of enterococcus faecalis to several fragments using Smal as restriction enzyme. Use the GENE NAVIGATOR SYSTEM - PULSED FIELD GEL ELECTROPHORESIS produced by Amersham pharmacia biotech to run the gel and to separate these DNA fragments with straight-lane. After analyzing and comparing we found the arrangement of DNA fragments of these 12 strains were different from each other. [Conclusion] These 12 E.faecalis strains had different origins in epidemiology.
