静脉注射地塞米松预防下颌阻生智齿拔除术后并发症的疗效评价

Evaluation of Dexamethasone Intravenously for Prevention of Postsurgical Complication of Mandibular Impacted Teeth Removal

目的 :探讨地塞米松对下颌阻生智齿拔除术后并发症的预防。方法 :选择 96名双侧对称性下颌阻生智齿拔除术患者 ,术前 10min随意选择一侧静脉注射地塞米松 5mg(1ml) ,为用药组 ;另一侧注射生理盐水 1ml,为对照组。分别记录术前及术后第 1、2、3、5d面部肿胀、疼痛及张口困难情况 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :术后用药组面部肿胀百分率最大为 3.16 %,对照组为 6 .0 9%,两组对比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;对术后疼痛及张口困难的影响均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :地塞米松能明显改善下颌阻生智齿拔除术后的面部肿胀 ,但对疼痛及张口困难无预防作用。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of dexamethasone on prevention of postsurgical complication of mandibular impacted teeth removal.Methods:Ninety-six patients with bilaterally symmetrical impacted third molars removal were administered intravenously with five mg(1ml)of dexamethasone at approximately 10 minutes preoperatively and 1 ml of sterile water was used as a control in a similar fashion.Use of dexamethasone preparation was randomized to side( right or left ). Data were collected preoperatively and at 1?2?3?5 days after operation.Measurements were repeated for the second surgical treatment.Results:The postsurgical swelling was 3.16% of patients in dexamethasone group and 6.09% in control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.001).The postoperative pain and truisms was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dexamethasone can decrease postsurgical swelling, but can not decrease postsurgical pain and truisms.
