高良姜、草果防霉作用的实验研究

Antifungal Activities of Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum and Fructus Tsaoko in Vitro

观察高良姜、草果的防霉作用。方法:测定高良姜、草果挥发油对６种霉菌的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度。结果:高良姜、草果挥发油有明显的抗霉菌作用。结论:高良姜、草果是高效、安全、价廉的天然防霉药物,可广泛用于食物、中药材及其制品等的防霉。

To observe antifungal activities of Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum(RAO) and Fructus Tsaoko (FT) on six kinds of fungi in vitro. Methods: MIC and MFC of distilled oil from RAO and FT were as-sessed. Results: The distilled oil from RAO and FT showed significant antifungal activities with the same MIC and MFC on all six kinds of fungi. Conclusion: RAO and FT are high - effective, safe, inexpensive natural antifungal drugs. They may be widely used to protect from fungi in the fields of food, Chinese medicinal herbs and Chinese medicinal herb - based products.
