兔角膜碱烧伤后角膜超氧化物歧化酶活性与电子自旋共振波谱的变化 被引量:7

摘要 实验观察了兔角膜碱烧伤后角膜超氧化物歧化酶和电子自旋共振波谱的变化。角膜碱烧伤模型为中央区角膜,直径9毫米,2当量浓度的氢氧化钠,烧伤60秒钟。实验结果表明,烧伤后第3、7和15天,角膜超氧化物歧化酶活性较正常角膜显著下降,P<0.01。电子自旋共振波谱发现,烧伤后的角膜组织中有过氧化自由基存在(g值为2.0106±0.0027)。实验结果提示:超氧自由基及其代谢产物可能是造成碱烧伤后组织病理损伤的因素之一。 Superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and electron spin resonance(ESR) in the rabbit cornea were investigated after alkali burns (central cornea, 9mm diameter, 2N NaOH, 60 seconds). The result showed that the activity of SOD in the cornea was decreased significantly on 3, 7 and 15 day after alkali burns, compared with that in normal cornea P<0.01. Peroxide free radical (g=2.0106±0.0027) in alkali-burned cornea was found with ESR. It is suggested that superoxide free radical and its metabolic products may be one of pathegenic factors which involved in the damage of the eye tissue after alkali burns.
