X线平片对心脏术后胸、腹部并发症的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of X-ray plain film in chest and abdomen complications after the cardiac surgery

目的评价X线平片对心脏术后胸、腹部并发症的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析了55例心脏术后的胸、腹部并发症患者X线平片所见,并与超声心动图所见比较。结果本组55例胸、腹部并发症患者中,X线平片正确诊断胸部并发症(肺炎、胸腔积液、肺不张等)33例,腹部并发症(膈神经损伤引起的膈麻庳)1例,其诊断准确性为61.8%,而超声心动图正确诊断胸部并发症(胸腔积液和心包积液)19例,其诊断准确性为34.6%。结论X线平片对心脏术后胸、腹部并发症具有较高的诊断准确性,且显著优于超声心动图。

Objective To assess the diagnostic value of X-ray plain film in chest and abdomen complication secondary to the cardiac surgery.Methods X-ray plain film findings in 55 patients with chest and abdomen complications after the cardiac surgery were analyzed and compared with those of echocardiography.Results Among 55 patients in the group,X-ray plain film correctly diagnosed 33 cases of chest complications(pneumonia,hydrothorax.atelectasis,etc)and 1 case of abdomen complication (paralysis of diaphragm induced by the damage of diaphragmatic nerve),the diagnostic accuracy was 61.8%.Whereas echocardiography correct diagnosed 19 cases of chest complications (hydrothorax and pericardial efussion),the diagnostic accuracy was 34.6%.Conclusion X-ray plain film has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of chest and abdomen complications secondary to the cardiac surgery and it is significantly superior to that of echocardiography.
