系统性红斑狼疮患者胸部X线特征性表现

Chest X-ray findings of the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

目的分析系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者胸部X线特征性表现。方法分析了22例经临床证实为SLE患者的胸部X线表现。结果本组22例中,X线胸片显示肺部异常阴影20例(90.9%),胸膜增厚和/或胸腔积液18例(81.8%),以及心脏异常增大9例(40.9%)。这些X线表现有的见于临床症状与体征出现之前。结论仔细分析SLE患者的X线胸片,将有助于本病的正确诊断与治疗。

Objective To analyze the characteristic findings of chest radiography in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods A retrospective analysis of chest radiographic findings was performed in 22 patients with clinically proven SLE,which were lived in our hospital between 1986 and 2000.Results Among 22 cases in the group,chest radiography revealed the abnormal shadows of the lung in 20 case (90.9%),pleural thickning and/or hydrothorax in 18 cases (81.8%),and the abnormal enlargement of the heart in 9 cases (40.9%).Some of these radiographic findings could be found before onset of clinical symptoms and signs.Conclusion The careful identifying of the chest radiographies will be very helpful for the correct diagnosis and treatment of SLE.
