胃癌的胃镜下诊断 被引量:1

摘要 世界范围内胃癌死亡率最高的国家是哥斯达黎加(42.5/10万),日本排第6位,为32.8/10万[1].胃癌亦是威胁我国人民健康最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,每年死于胃癌的人数约16万[2].目前胃癌的诊断和治疗技术已有了很大进展,但其预后并无明显改观,5年生存率仅20%[1].这是因为在发现胃癌时,67%的患者已伴有局部扩散或远处转移[1],因此改善胃癌预后的关键是早期发现和早期治疗.
