外伤性脑梗塞43例诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of traumatic brain thrombosis

目的分析外伤性脑梗塞发病率及发病原因,寻求有效的治疗方法。方法回顾1992年至1999年,本院外伤性脑梗塞病人的诊断及治疗的情况。结果总43例,良好26例,占总数60%;中残8例,占18%;重残5例,占12%;死亡2例,占5%;植物生存2例,占5%。结论CT的使用,使外伤性脑梗塞的诊断率明显提高,早期发现,早期治疗,可明显改善其预后。

Objective 43 cases of traumatic brain thrombosis were retrospectively studied about etiology incidence and mortality rate in order to improve their outcome. Methods To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of 43 cases traumatic brain thrombosis from 1992 to 1999 in our hospital.Results Good recovery 26(60%), moderate disability 8(18%), severe defecit 5(12%), 2(5%) died and 2(5%) a vegetable survival.Conclusion CT scan is benefit for diagnosis of traumatic brain thrombosios. The mortality rate would be reduced if early diagnosis and treatment were accomplished.
