摘要
目的 探讨 β Catenin、Bcl 2与乳腺癌的发生及预后的关系。 方法 应用免疫组织化学染色分别检测了 10例正常乳腺组织、40例癌前病变及 6 0例浸润性导管癌中 β Catenin、Bcl 2的蛋白表达情况。 结果 Bcl 2、β Catenin在正常乳腺组织、癌前病变及乳腺癌组织中表达逐渐降低 ,Bcl 2在乳腺癌中的表达与临床病理因素有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而 β Catenin在乳腺癌中的表达与临床病理因素无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。Bcl 2、β Catenin在癌前病变及乳腺癌组织中表达呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 Bcl 2与 β Catenin基因改变在乳腺组织恶性转化中起重要作用 ,Bcl
Objective To study the relationship between β-Catenin,Bcl-2 and malignant transformation,prognosis in invasive ductal cancer of breast.Methods β-Catenin,Bcl-2 protein expression were examined with immunohistochemical methed in 60 cases of invasive ductal breast cancer,40 precancerous lesions,10 normal breasts.Results The expression rate of Bcl-2 and β-Catenin in normal breasts,precancerous lesions and in invasive ductal cancer of breast were decreased gradually.Significant correlation was observed between Bcl-2 protein expression and clinicopathological manifestations(P<0.05),but no significant correlation was observed between β-Catenin protein expression and clinicopathological manifestations(P>0.05).An positive correlation was found between β-Catenin and Bcl-2 protein expression in invasive ductal cancer of breast and in precancerous lesions.Conclusion Alteration of β-Catenin and Bcl-2 gene may play an important role in malignant transformation of breast cancer.Bcl-2 protein expression is related to prognosis in invasive ductal cancer of breast.
