摘要
在联合应用利福平后,证明咪康唑和克霉唑的最低抑菌浓度比二药单独应用时分别降低60和16倍,显示利福平有增强上述二药的抗真菌作用。其中尤以对咪康唑的增强作用更为显著,为临床合理用药提供了实验依据。
The result showed that the synergistic effect was observed when miconazole and clotrimazole were combined with rifampin. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) against candide species of combination was decreased 60 fold and 16 fold, respectively, than MIC obtained without rifampin. The efficacy of combination of miconazole with rifampin was more significant than clotrimazole with rifampin.
