近年来 ,临床上中西药不合理联合应用的问题日益受到重视。常见有中西药所含成分之间起化学反应而增毒或减效 ,以及鞣质类中药与一些西药成分发生作用而生成鞣酸盐沉淀从而影响吸收等。如何安全、有效、经济地使用两种医学理论指导下的中西药 。

Recently problems in irraticonal combined application of traditional Chinese and western medicines are increasingly attached importamce to.Chemical reactions between the compositions of Chinese medicines and those of western medicines cause increased toxicity and reduced effect.Chinese medicines of tannin interact with some compositions of western medicines and produce tannate precipitation,which influences the absorption.How to use the two safely,effectively and economically is a big problem for medical workers to solve.
