摘要
通过对印刷型及电子型报刊的阅读性、检索性、经济性分析 ,阐明了网络环境下只有兼顾印刷型及电子型报刊互为补充、协调发展的采购原则 ,才能提高采购效果 。
By making an analysis of readability,retrievability and economy of printing and electronic press,this paper discusses that only we give consideration to the purpasing rules of which printing press and eletronic one are mutually complementary and continuous development can we raise the purpusing effect and serve better for readers.
