导乐陪伴分娩的临床观察

Clinical observation of delivery accompanied by duola

目的 探讨导乐陪伴分娩在产科的作用。方法 将 80例住院分娩的初产妇随机分为导乐陪伴组与常规待产组 (对照组 )。对导乐陪伴组由助产士一对一全程陪伴 ,给予产妇持续的生理、心理及情感上的支持 ;对照组按产科护理常规护理。结果 导乐陪伴与对照组的产程时间、剖宫产率、自然分娩率相比较 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 导乐陪伴分娩有利于提高产科质量 ,促进母婴安全、健康 ,值得推广应用。

ObjectiveTo discover the function of delivery accompanied by duola.Methods80 in hospital primiparae were at random divided into duola group and conventional group (control group). In the former group, each primipara was accompanied and supported mentally, physically and emotionally by a midwife at delivery. In the latter, the primipara were cared in conventional nursing.ResultsIn view of birth process, surgical labor and spontaneous labor, there existed significant difference between the groups ( P <0.05).ConclusionDelivery accompanied by duola promotes the quality in labor and safety for mother and baby. It is valuable to popularize the nursing method.
