摘要
笔者报道 19例病人 2 0只不同的眼表疾病采用羊膜移植术治疗。做好术前准备 ,进行良好的心理及营养护理 ,以保证手术顺利进行。术后加强生活护理 ,避免术眼受压 ,观察眼部渗出液的颜色、量、性质 ,预防感冒 ,确保患者安全度过术后感染期 ,对提高手术成功率非常重要。经过手术前后的精心护理 ,18例 19只眼睛 1次治愈。治愈率为 95 % ,无 1例发生感染。
The author reported reflections on nursing 20 eyes of 19 patients receiving amniotic membrane transplantation. Careful preoperative preparation, satisfactory psychological and nutriological nursing ensured successful surgeries. After operation, enhancing life care, avoiding pressing operated eyes, observing the color, dose and ocular exudates, preventing colds, and tiding the patients over the infectious period were very important to increase the success rate of the operation. Through deliberate care, the 19 eyes got recovered with success rate of 95% and no infections were found.
