摘要
笔者通过 8例骨髓移植病人留置锁骨下静脉导管的护理 ,认为其护理措施包括 :做好导管穿刺部位的护理 ,加强导管本身的护理 ,预防导管相关感染等并发症的发生 ,做好患者心理护理 ,使其适应导管的存在 ,延长导管留置时间。留置锁骨下静脉导管保证了骨髓移植的顺利进行。
Through summarizing the nursing of intravenous ducts under collarbone in 39 patients receiving marrow transplantation, the author reached conclusion that the nursing key existed in the nursing care of the punctuation location for ducts, intensive care of the ducts themselves, prevention of duct induced infection and complications, psychological nursing, prolonging indwelling of catheter. The author pointed out indwelling intravenous ducts under collarbone ensured smooth performance of marrow transplantation.
